10,000sq ft, £6 million, Grade II listed

The project involved the complete refurbishment of a grade II listed townhouse at one of London’s most prestigious addresses.  The works included creating a 21st century office in a gloriously restored Regency interior.  Externally, historic features including the front balcony and door surround where reinstated. Internally, the ornate plaster mouldings of the walls and ceilings where restored to their former glory and oak parquet and Portland stone floors were reinstated to the client facing areas along with a new bespoke chef’s kitchen and the installation of a new lift. State of the art Mechanical, Electrical, Audio-Visual, IT network and Security technologies were installed discreetly throughout the building to create one of the most well equipped, high end office spaces in London.
