Extension, internal remodeling and total internal and external refurbishment of a 6 bedroom, 3 reception room + study, 1930’s mock Tudor detached house located in Epsom, Surrey for an overseas client. The project was of a significant scale involving major structural alterations to the layout of the property to create a three storey entrance hall, new bespoke staircase and the conversion of the loft space as well as creating a new large kitchen/breakfast room with folding sliding glass doors to the substantial rear patio area and a family games room. |
